ScanVCF app processes personal information for the following purposes:

Digital business card creation and management
Contact information storage and sharing
QR code generation and scanning
App functionality provision and improvement

2. Personal Information Items Collected

📸 Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA)

                Purpose:

                • QR code scanning: Used to read other users' digital business card information

                • Profile photo capture: Used to add profile images to user's own business cards

                Collected Data: Captured images are used only for user's business card information and not transmitted externally.

                Retention Period: Until app deletion or until user manually deletes them

Business card information: name, company, position, contact details, email, etc.
Profile images (when uploaded by users)
App usage data (for error improvement and feature enhancement)

3. Personal Information Retention and Usage Period

Personal information is destroyed without delay after the purpose of personal information processing is achieved. However, if there is a need to preserve it according to relevant laws, it will be retained for the corresponding period.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We process users' personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing), and do not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to third parties without users' prior consent.

5. Personal Information Processing Outsourcing

We do not outsource personal information processing tasks.

6. Rights and Duties of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them

Users can exercise the following rights as data subjects:

Request to view personal information
Request correction in case of errors
Request deletion
Request suspension of processing

9. Changes to Privacy Policy
